AST Networks, a provider of land and maritime communication technology and remote connectivity solutions, has acquired Reygar Ltd, an award-winning provider of monitoring and control solutions for crewed and uncrewed vessels.
Reygar, based in Bristol, UK, provides fully-integrated service and customisable solutions, including hardware, software, integration, and commissioning, to a wide range of customers operating crew transfer vessels, ferries, tugs, work boats, pilot boats, and uncrewed surface vessels (USV).
The company’s award-winning BareFLEET technology is a vessel remote monitoring system for fuel, emissions, health and VMMS motion reporting. It produces real-time reporting and data on vessel efficiency, performance, health and activity.
V-Pilot is Reygar’s autopilot industrial control system for use on a wide range of customer designed USVs. It comprises an on-vessel controller and shore-side control station.
