Founded in 2020 and located in central Torquay on the unique English Riviera, Torquay Watersports is an award-winning leisure marine training centre and visitor attraction popular with day trippers and holiday makers. It offers high performance RIB rides, boat charters and coastal explorer sea safari trips between 30- and 90-minutes duration, marine training courses and many more activities including Coasteering, Keel Boat Sailing and PWC/ Jet Ski taster sessions. Torquay Watersports is an RYA Recognised Centre delivering an array of water and shore-based training courses on powerboats and sailing keelboats suitable for a wide range of experience levels. It is also a WiSe Accredited Operator, and all instructors and skippers are highly experienced professionals.

The business office and training room is situated in a profile position harbourside within the marina with high levels of footfall. Customers book onto trips at its ticket office which is nearby and adjacent to the embarkation pontoons. Bookings are also made online via its attractive and informative website which includes an online booking system and links to social media platforms. It has many positive reviews on both google and Tripadvisor. It is an all-year-round business trading daily Monday to Sunday from 10am until sunset.

The fleet of custom-built RIBs include a 12m velocity class RIBQuest with triple 300hp Mercury outboards, a 6.4m Highfield DL RIB with 150hp Honda outboard and a 9m Ribcraft with twin 150hp Mariner outboards. All handover support and training will be provided to ensure a successful transition of ownership.
