US-based dealership chain OneWater Marine has reached an agreement to acquire Florida-based dealer Denison Yachting.
The acquisition of the yacht broker and charter specialist will expand OneWater’s presence into the superyacht category and ancillary yacht service offerings, in addition to yacht brokerage and new boat sales. The transaction is expected to close in the company’s fiscal third quarter.
OneWater Marine is dedicated to purchasing and operating top marine retail dealerships across North America.
Austin Singleton, CEO for OneWater, sees the acquisition as an opportunity to strengthen the company’s sales position.

Denison Yachting is a family-run yacht broker and yacht charter specialist that has been running for seven decades. Operating in 22 locations across the United States, it generated sales in excess of US$80 million in the calendar year 2021.
