Nautic Center Mallorca îs a specialist yacht dealer based in Palma, Spain. With commercial activity starting in 2019, its official distributors Nautic Center Menorca, Hermanos Guasch-Catalonia and Náutica Viamar-Ibiza serve customers in both sales and charters across the Balearic Islands.

Sasga Yachts has been manufacturing yachts since 1978, when Juan Sastre founded ‘Astilleros Menorca’. Based in San Luis, Menorca, the company offers the Menorquín range and Signature Range, alongside Club Menorquín, which is an exclusive community of Menorquin Yachts and Sasga Yachts owners.

The acquisition is a strategic decision ensuring that Sasga Yachts establishes a presence on Mallorca – Nautic Center Mallorca will be integrated into the shipyard’s structure and it will create Sasga Palma, Sasga Yachts’ official headquarters in Mallorca. According to Sasga Yachts’ press release, the Palma site will be the official hub for yacht services, sales and after-sales support for Sasga Yachts in Mallorca.

From this base, all maintenance projects, refit works, new and pre-owned yacht sales and lifetime after-sales services will be coordinated. It will offer direct shipyard support and guidance throughout the entire purchasing process. In addition, a carefully curated selection of pre-owned yachts will be available.

Full technical and mechanical maintenance services will be offered, including annual haul-out management, hull inspections, antifouling applications and underwater component checks. The team also manages winter storage and yacht custody during inactive periods, ensuring each vessel is fully prepared for the upcoming season.

Services include teak deck works, fiberglass and paint repairs, polishing, stainless steel fabrication, interior and exterior upholstery and bespoke canvas solutions.

Sasga Palma will serve as the official sales and after-sales centre for Sasga Yachts in Mallorca, while also offering services to owners of yachts from other builders.

A Boat Care programme will also be available, created for owners who do not reside permanently on the island or whose yachts remain inactive for extended periods, including inspections, scheduled technical checks and overall condition monitoring.

To complement operations in Palma, Sasga has access to haul-out facilities in the Port of Mahón, Menorca. This infrastructure allows the group to handle larger-scale refit and maintenance projects, reinforcing its operational capacity across the Balearic Islands.
