SkipperBud’s has acquired Island Cove Marina on Cass Lake at 3981 Cass Elizabeth Road, Waterford, Mich.
The marine facility’s new name will be SkipperBud’s – Cass Lake Marina. The marina is currently full service with 125 floating docks, a fuel dock, brokerage sales, service and repair facilities and a large dry-stack storage building.
SkipperBud’s will immediately add new boat sales to the facility, and plans to transform the marina and grounds over the next 24 months.
Renovations will include adding a new dry-stack boat storage building, service and sales facilities and new docks.

New pontoon, sport boat and deck boat lines will round out the product line-up at this facility.
SkipperBud’s – Cass Lake Marina will become SkipperBud’s sixth Michigan location.
