Marina and yacht repair facility Bradford Marine has acquired Roscioli Yachting Center in Florida from OneWater Marine Inc.
OneWater Marine has entered into a strategic relationship with Bradford Marine, in which OneWater completed a sale/leaseback arrangement of the Roscioli Yachting Center with Bradford Marine to provide world-class support for the OneWater Yacht Group and Sunseeker brands.
Alongside, Bradford Marine will acquire the service operation at the Roscioli Yachting Center and all of the related real estate.
Roscioli Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale is a full-service yacht repair facility, occupying a 14.5-acre site, offering refit, painting and refinishing, carpentry and fabrication services. The centre is capable of hauling and launching vessels up to 360 tons, and can offer undercover storage of up to 150 feet.
Bradford Marine is a full-service superyacht repair facility and marina with locations in Fort Lauderdale, FL and Freeport, Grand Bahama. It has been family owned since 1966, and Bradford Marine businesses include Bradford Marine, Bradford Grand Bahama, Pipewelders by Bradford Marine, High Seas Technology and P&R Canvas.
This acquisition will expand Bradford Marine’s lift capacity, in-water dockage, and covered storage options for both in-water and out-of-water vessels.

OneWater Marine Inc. is one of the largest marine retailers of new and pre-owned boats in the United States, operating out of 97 retail locations, 11 distribution centres / warehouses and multiple online marketplaces in 19 different states. Other services include finance and insurance products, parts and accessories, maintenance, and repair.

Bradford Marine has a team of over 200 skilled craftsmen and women, and another 40 members of staff will be joining from Roscioli.
