Dutch shipping industry company acquires marine services provider

A marine services provider has been acquired by the Netherland’s largest mobility group servicing the shipping industry.

Pon Holdings is taking over all of the Dutch marine services provider RH Marine Group, by buying the majority stake from private equity firm Parcom Capital.

The proposed acquisition of the marine services provider is pending approval of competition authorities and involved works councils. The parties involved aim to complete the acquisition before the end of January 2020.

Pon Holdings and Parcom Capital became joint shareholders of RH Marine Group, formerly Imtech Marine, in August 2015. Pon Holdings and Parcom Capital have now agreed that Pon Holdings will become a 100% shareholder.
