According to the United Kingdom Companies House records, Arrowbolt Propulsion Systems now holds 75% or more of the ownership of shares for Fairline Yachts.

In 1963 Jack Newington acquires an assortment of disused gravel pits by the River Nene, in Oundle, Northamptonshire, as well as the land between the main lake and the road. By cutting a route through from the lake to the river, and erecting workshops, offices, a chandlery shop and slipway, he transformed the area into Oundle Marina. Fast forward to 1967 and Fairline Yachts was launched with the Fairline 19 being the first Fairline to be built.

Now Fairline Yachts manufactures luxury motor yachts using a network of more than 50 authorised dealers in key yachting locations around the world. Models include the F//Line, Targa, Phantom and Squadron, ranging from 10 metres to 20 metres.

Fairline’s Squadron 58, which launched at Southampton International Boat Show in September 2023 and Boot Dusseldorf 2024, was announced as the winner in the ‘Flybridges up to 60ft’ category at the 2024 Motor Boat Awards.

Experienced industry executive Peter Hamlyn has been appointed as CEO of Fairline. He was former Operations Director of Fairline from December 2018 to January 2021. He said:
