Goldner Marine Group, which consists of several companies serving boaters’ needs in the US Midwest and is the parent company of Goldner Dock Construction, has acquired the Oklahoma-based Dock Bench Company.
Goldner Dock Construction is a quality builder of full-service docks, marinas and dock accessories. Located at Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees, it is the premier, full-service dock company serving Oklahoma, Kansas, NW Arkansas, and SW Missouri.
It offers services from new dock construction, boat lifts, dock service and maintenance, to gangway construction, flotation replacement and wave attenuators.

Made from cutting-edge aluminum with durable, superior welds, the Dock Bench attaches to boat docks, allowing users to lounge with their feet in the water. Strong and easy to use, the benches fold up at the hinges and are stored on the dock.
Leveraging the in-house manufacturing infrastructure of Goldner Dock Construction, Goldner Marine Group intends to streamline the crafting process of the Dock Bench. The company aims to expand colour, size and design options, and offer it to existing dock customers as an accessory. Goldner Marine Group will also work to develop a robust dealer network across the United States to increase the reach of the Dock Bench.
