Marine wiring specialist CSP acquired by Navix

Boat part manufacturer Navix has acquired Cable Systems Provider Lda (CSP).

CSP is a Portuguese manufacturing firm established in 2010, specialising in custom electrical wiring, cable harnesses and structured wiring systems for automotive and marine industries.

With its HQ in Braga, it is privately owned and operated, created by a team who were colleagues over more than 10 years experience at Kromberg & Schubert Portugal, providing wiring harnesses for two of the major brands of German cars.

Navix has designed and manufactured boat parts for over 20 years from its production facilities in Haapsalu, Estonia.

The team of designers, craftsmen, engineers and electricians completes nearly 500 projects a year, ranging from electrical systems and products for small to larger motor yachts and sailing boats to rugged work boats and utility vehicles. It specialises in cable and battery harnesses, instrument and switch panels, shore power, and fuse units and main switch units.

With its HQ in Paimio, Finland, the company sells its products, including acrylic windshields, hull, deck and roof windows, composite floorings and hatches, to more than 10 countries.
