Recreational boat and yacht retailer MarineMax has completed the acquisition of Williams Tenders USA, Inc.
Williams, with its HQ in Pompano Beach, Florida, is a distributor and retailer for UK-based Williams Jet Tenders, which manufactures rigid inflatable jet tenders for the luxury yacht market. Its range includes the EvoJet, designed for super yachts of 40m+; the SportJet, which works as a tender and ski boat; and the MiniJet, for yachts of 12m+.
The acquisition, which was first announced in January, is expected to be accretive in its first full year of operations.

With its HQ in Clearwater, Florida, the recreational boat, yacht and superyacht services company MarineMax’s portfolio is focused on premium brands, including Aquila, Boston Whaler and Sailfish, and sells both new and used boats and related products and services, including boat finance and servicing.
The company also owns Fraser Yachts Group and Northrop & Johnson, leading superyacht brokerage and luxury yacht services companies with operations in multiple countries.
