Fox’s Yacht Sales, the UK yacht dealer and used yacht broker, is operating under new ownership.
The business, based at Fox’s Marina & Boatyard in Ipswich, is now owned by Tim and Sarah Long, after previous owners Robert Shufflebottom and Robert Campbell-Gray announced their retirement, and represents Beneteau in its full product range of both sail and power boats.
It also offers a full brokerage service of pre-owned sailing and motor yachts using in-depth market knowledge. With over 25 years experience in selling vessels, services include client account, a storage and display package with competitive commission rates, and an extensive marketing campaign.
Long is excited by the prospect of providing a dedicated service to the East Coast yachting community. He said:

Fox’s Marina is one of the largest yacht service marinas in the UK. Long says the sale of the full range of new Beneteau yachts and motorboats remains at the heart of the UK yacht dealer business, alongside advice on and supply of genuine Beneteau parts.
Shufflebottom, who has managed Fox’s Yacht Sales since 1991, is staying on for a handover period.
Long continued:
“We are delighted to say that Robert Shufflebottom, who had intended to retire at the end of last year, has agreed to remain with us for a while, to ensure continuity of the high standards of service provided to our customers.”
