Olbia Marina acquired by D-Marin

Marina operator D‑Marin has expanded its Italian portfolio with the acquisition of Olbia Marina in Sardinia, further strengthening its presence in one of the Mediterranean’s most important yachting gateways.

Comprising Marina di Olbia Yacht Service (MOYS) and Molo Brin, the marina offers 270 berths for vessels up to 150m, alongside the largest fuel dock on the northern Sardinian coast.

This strategic addition supports D-Marin’s continued Mediterranean growth and reinforces Italy as its largest regional portfolio. Together with its marinas in Liguria, Tuscany, Sardinia and the Côte d’Azur, Olbia completes a powerful “Golden Triangle” linking the French Riviera, mainland Italy and Sardinia.

Oliver Dörschuck, D-Marin CEO, said:

Since 2003, D-Marin has expanded into the largest selection of premium marinas, now spanning 28 marinas across nine countries, serving over 50,000 customers annually.

It also manages 12 professional boatyards, serving over 2,500 yachts each year. The company invested over €10 million in transformational IT solutions, including its app, Smart Pedestal and Sensor technology, and initiatives such as Happy Berth Days, encouraging easy movement across some of the Mediterranean’s most sought‑after destinations.
