Atlanta-based OneWater Marine Holdings LLC has acquired Grande Yachts International, which has 11 coastal locations in New York, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Grande Yachts, based in Grasonville, Md., offers Tiara, Riviera, Absolute, Prestige and Jeanneau, as well as EdgeWater, Pursuit, SeaFox and Chris-Craft boats.
The company will continue to operate its current locations under the Grande Yachts International name. All existing personnel will remain with the company.
