Goldman Sachs-backed insurance broker Aston Lark has acquired the superyacht insurers ES Risks for an undisclosed sum.
The UK-based chartered insurance broker aims to grow business and strengthen its position in the UK and Irish markets with this acquisition of the superyacht insurers, which is the company’s 17th acquisition in 2021.

Established in 2007 and based in London, ES Risks is a registered Lloyd’s Broker providing bespoke and niche wholesale (re)insurance facilities to industry clients which include brokers, MGAs and (re)insurers across some 20 countries. They cover all classes of business, from marine and superyachts to aviation.
