For Yagra owners Caio de Graaf and Krista Voorham, the acquisition offers opportunities to develop new activities. They will continue to be active in the watersports sector elsewhere in the Veerhaven of Hellevoetsluis. de Graff will also remain involved with Vaan Services.

de Graaf, Director of Yagra, said:

Igor Kluin, Director of Vaan Yachts, sees the acquisition as a time for further growth in the sustainable yachting arena.

He said:

Vaan Yachts also offers maintenance, updates and refits, assistance with yacht registration and transport services to its customers, as well as winter storage.

The yacht service company yard in Hellevoetsluis consists of 8,750sqm of land, 4,000sqm of water and two buildings with a combined area of about 3,000sqm.
